Evelyn Pultara - Body paint

A passionate painter, Evelyn was born on Woodgreen Station and is the sister to Greeny Purvis Petyarre (Dec.), another well known Utopian artist. She is also the niece of the late famous artist, Emily Kame Kgnwarreye. These days Evelyn paints her totem exclusively, the bush yam, as it has been an abundant source of food and water for the Anmatyerre. Size 151x90cm
