HOW CAN I VIEW THE PAINTING?

After submitted your enquiry to email address provided, I will liaise with you about the most suitable way to view the painting. If you are local to the physical location of the painting (Darwin), you can make an appointment to view the painting at its
location. If you are not local to the physical location of the painting, I offer virtual visits via FaceTime or WhatsApp, where you can view the painting in its intricate detail. If convenient, you are welcome to appoint someone who is local to the physical location of the painting to view it on your behalf.

HOW IS MY PAINTING PACKED AND SHIPPED?

Your painting is rolled into a postal tube or poly tube depending on size of art for safe transit anywhere in the world. All relevant provenance for your painting (including Certificates of Authenticity and working photos [if available]), will be
included with the painting. A photograph of the contents of the postal tube will be emailed to you prior to it being packed for transit so you know what to expect when it arrives. Each delivery will be facilitated through reputable freight partners – Pack and Send – and each delivery will be insured and tracked.

HOW CAN I BE CERTAIN THAT MY PAINTING IS AN AUTHENTIC PIECE OF
ABORIGINAL ART?

The authenticity and provenance of each painting featured on my web site has been clearly ascertained. In the majority of cases, the provenance includes the originating Certificates of Authenticity (from where the painting was first acquired), and/or a
Certificate of Authenticity from me.

All art has been purchased from art galleries, art communities and reputable Indigenous Art dealers and come with certificates of authenticity. As much as I can discern, all artists have been paid what they commanded for their works.

Philanthropy: The details are yet to be finalised, but I aim to offer a percentage of the sale of art in this collection into the development of Indigenous communities. This will be articulated when details have been finalised.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY?

I do not offer returns or refunds other than those afforded you under the protection of the consumer laws of Australia. I would advise you to view the painting either in real-time or through a virtual viewing, where any blemishes and/or faults can be
clearly identified and noted prior to purchase. Please select carefully and ask any questions at all about the work. Be aware that many Indigenous artists paint on the ground with dogs, birds and people wandering around, so many artworks have
rocks, feathers, dirt and even footprints on them. This, in my mind, adds to the rich tapestry of their art, but may be off putting for some.

DO YOU INCLUDE A VALUATION CERTIFICATE?

I am not a certified or registered art valuer, so am unable to offer that service. For valuation purposes, we provide a tax invoice for the purchase price, and your painting can be independently valued at your convenience.
